We offer two choices when it comes to shipping your order: UPS and USPS (Mail). Depending on the size and weight of your order, real time costs will be calculated when checking out.
Shipping times are not guaranteed by us. Here are the anticipated shipping transit days as stated by UPS and USPS
UPS - Ground 2-6 days depending on your geographic location to Butler, PA (30 mins north of Pittsburgh)
USPS - First Class Mail - 1-4 Days
Priority Mail - 2-3 Days (automatic for any order weighing over 1 Pound)
If your shipment is lost, we can help you file a claim with whoever lost your order. We will not replace your order for free as we can not be held responsible once the ornaments leave our facility. |
