Here are some of the questions we get asked from time to time.

Q: Where do your ornaments ship from?
A: Keystone Specialties, Inc is located in Butler, PA. 30 Mins north of Pittsburgh.

Q: Do you offer any kind of bulk order discount?
A: Yes, we do. If your order total is greater than $250.00 we will extend a 10% discount on your entire order! Click here to see sample discount shown. The discount will not reduce Tax (if applicable), Shipping
or Handling fees.

Q: I messed up on the engraving information I submitted. Can this be changed?
A: Depends. Your ornaments will typically be engraved with 48-72 hrs after the order is placed, unless you have paid for rush shipping. If you contact us immediately after purchase, we can guarantee that your changes will be made. Please fill out our Contact Us form and list your corrections in the Comments area. Please specify which ornament(s) are to be affected.

Q: Some these ornaments are brass plated. Will they tarnish?
A: Our ornaments are specially coated with a clear lacquer that will prevent any tarnish from occurring.

Q: Are your ornaments sold in stores?
A: No. Our ornaments are exclusively sold through EngravedForever.com and our licensed affiliates.

Q: What is included in the purchase price?
A: Included in the price is the following:

- a white gift box filled with cotton
- each ornament is bagged to help protect it
- a cord to hang it from
- all engraving (no extra charges per word or line)

Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We can not accept gift cards because a bill to address is required by our credit card processor.
