excellent quality January 1, 2022 Reviewer: Denise Wetzel from Wapwallopen, PA United States   We received an ornament from the funeral home that handled my mother in law's service and I wanted some additional ones for family.  I was amazed at how quickly they came.  The quality is great.  They are of substantial weight, not a thin flimsy piece of metal. The order process makes you double check your text so you can be sure you didn't make any errors before submitting.  I would definitely order from Engraved Forever again,  hopefully for a happier occasion. Great service December 20, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Ellicott City, MD United States   I have purchased products from Engraved Forever in the past. With this order, there was a problem with the website. It did not recognized my password, but would not allow me to change my password. As it was after hours, I left a voice message on the customer service line. The following day I received a prompt call from a very courteous individual who quickly resolved the problem. In fact, he carefully verified my order over the phone, and it was placed right away. A few days later I received the products with the engraving exactly as I ordered it.
