We received an ornament from the funeral home that handled my mother in law's service and I wanted some additional ones for family.  I was amazed at how quickly they came.  The quality is great.  They are of substantial weight, not a thin flimsy piece of metal. The order process makes you double check your text so you can be sure you didn't make any errors before submitting.  I would definitely order from Engraved Forever again,  hopefully for a happier occasion.
